Boston Technology – Comverse Technology
Boston Technology deployed a nation-wide network of C.O. based voicemail for TelMex and sought to build a Call Center in Mexico that would provide customer service for implementing the voicemail product. PowerHouse designed and implemented a turnkey Call Center solution. This included furniture selection, floor plan design, staffing, Human Resources training programs, integrated Help Desk, and documentation support. We also implemented a Mitel SX 2000 with ACD and Taske Call Management.
In a joint venture with Sheila McGee-Smith Analytics, PowerHouse conducted a Market Comparison of Call Center products for Microsoft Corporation. The project focused on products in a variety of business sizes and feature ranges.
Verint – Witness Actionable Solutions
PowerHouse CVO Kathleen Peterson was an invited and featured speaker at the Driving Innovations Conference – Witness Systems’ global customer user conference – in 2001, 2004, and 2008. She has also been an invited speaker for the Witness Sales Team kick-off meetings. Kathleen was a presenter at the Verint Systems Analysts and Investors Technology Day held at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City. Kathleen provided insight into today’s 21st century Call Centers and the business requirements that technology must now serve.
