Bedford, N.H., October 15, 2019 — PowerHouse Consulting, internationally recognized experts in Contact Center management and telecommunications technology, today announced seasoned Contact Center executive, Scott Christensen, has joined their team as Senior Consultant.
Christensen comes to PowerHouse with more than 30 years of operational and Contact Center executive leadership experience leading both large and mid-size Contact Centers. “We are extremely happy to have Scott join the PowerHouse team,” says Chris Hastings, PowerHouse President and Managing Partner. “He brings a rare level of Contact Center industry background and expertise that our clients will appreciate.”
Prior to joining PowerHouse, Scott was the Director of Contact Center Operations for Mason Companies, Inc. an online catalog retailer with multiple locations and a significant peak season. He has also held executive leadership positions including VP of Contact Center Operations for Horace Mann Insurance and Senior Director of Contact Center Operations for Allstate Insurance where Scott managed Contact Centers across the US and abroad.
Christensen brings his expertise and advice related to technology, procurement, and process analysis to PowerHouse and will be supporting technology and Contact Center projects. His industry experience will be a valuable asset to the Consulting group. Christensen possesses an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, a bachelor’s degree in business from Western Illinois University, and is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
