Join Contact Center Nation for a lively, engaging, highly interactive experience where you can learn, connect and share with your Contact Center peers. This will be a world class educational and networking opportunity where you will walk away with new tools and ideas you can implement immediately amidst the current challenges your organization is facing during the pandemic and beyond.

The event will take place over the month of August. Contact Center Nation will host live content each Wednesday. There will be a different focus each week.

This is a time to talk with your peers to find tangible solutions to challenges no one has ever faced before.

The event site will be open and accessible to registered attendees for the entire month. All content will be recorded and available for an additional six months.
